i thought that the radio trailer of the movie 'mean girls' was relevant because that film and our film show different representations of stereotypical 'popular kids' at school. The trailer has related music in the background of the whole trailer, it also involves voiceover in parts of the trailer, which give the listeners extra information about the film, and it has important quotes from the actual film and on the end it mentions when the film will be released; this is what features we should use in our radio trailer.
the film 'precious' has an emotive and upsetting storyline, just like ours; this is why i thought it was relevant to our film. This radio trailer includes important quotes from the film, without giving too much away from it. It has dramatic and heartfelt music which says a lot about the main character- during the trailer it also has responses from the director and the audience; i think this is a good feature and works really effectively. (this is something we should think about putting into our radio trailer, because it would work very well with the storyline being really harsh)
